What are some different ways you can deliver services to your clients? Or do you only have one way of working with people? Maybe you coach, consult, or teach by phone. How many different ways can you do this?
For example, if you teach people how to do something, you can give them tips and teaching points through online systems:
- By email
- In blog posts
- By an e-newsletter
- With an e-course (delivered by autoresponders with KickStartCart)
- Through teleseminars (delivered and recorded using Audio Acrobat or FreeConferenceCall.com)
- By video clips, either using a Flip camera, Logitech Webcam, or a program like Camtasia that records what you see on your computer screen.
- By ebook, or by an online informational platform like MyKnowledgeGenie.com
- Through a membership content site like JournalEngine.
People like to choose how they get their information. Some like visual, others like audio, some like in-person workshops and conferences. Just like you wouldn't pick only one way to market online, you shouldn't deliver your services only one way. Give people a choice.
Multiple delivery pathways means you can increase your profit streams. The more ways people have to buy from you, the more options they have to learn from you in a way that suits them.
I'm not a big fan of in-person events, although I may at some point offer something here in Mexico if I find the right joint venture partner. (It's just too beautiful here not to offer the opportunity to visit and learn!)
I've been researching new ways to deliver services online that make it easy for people to learn. And, I've discovered something pretty amazing. It's called Journal Engine. At first I thought it was just for coaches and therapist who wanted clients to keep a journal. But it's being used by real estate, insurance companies, authors, schools, and all sorts of organizations who want to build a community.
It's a little fancy, but simple and easy to use, and you can customize for your own business needs. It's a content delivery system that can improve your teaching, your client participation and learning retention, and as a result, boost customer satisfaction. Satisfied customers means they sign up again, and come back for more.
I got so curious about it, I invited Marc Manieri of JournalEngine to deliver a Webinar to explain how to use it. Sign up here, it's free, and there's a recording available if you can't be on the call.

Please Note: I got so excited about the possibilities for people using this tool that I've become an affiliate for them. So although this is a free webinar, be aware that we do want you to sign up for the software system and there are fees involved. However, I did persuade Marc to give a nice 20% discount to people registered for the call, so be sure to sign up.
