Milo Sindell is the founder of two start ups: Hit the Ground Running and Knowledge Genie. As the founder of Hit The Ground Running, he has developed a software to increase employee performance and retention in three critical stages of the employee lifecycle: starting a job, being engaged on the job, and leaving the job.
